Active compound

Linoleic acid (Omega-6) — predominant at ~65–75% of the total fat profile. Accompanied by vitamin E (tocopherols) at ~20–50 mg/100 g with documented antioxidant activity, and plant sterols (~200–300 mg/100 g) with cholesterol-lowering effect.
